Casino Poker is a card game where the player competes against the dealer, not against other players, aiming to form the best five-card hand. The most common variant is Ultimate Texas Hold’em, where each player receives 2 cards and 5 community cards are revealed on the table. Community cards are revealed gradually (Flop, River). The player wins if they have a stronger hand than the dealer, regardless of the other players’ cards.

Types of Bets – Ultimate Texas Hold’em
  • Ante – Mandatory bet placed before cards are dealt (all players)
  • Blind – Additional mandatory bet placed before the cards are dealt (all players)
  • Play Bet – Main bet
In Ultimate Texas Hold’em, players are allowed only one Play Bet per game, which can be placed at one of the following stages:
    • Pre-flop – after receiving 2 cards (bet is 3× or 4× ante)
    • Post-River – after the first 3 community cards are revealed (bet is 2× the Ante)
  • Check – the player may choose to wait instead of betting
  • Fold – player folds and forfeits the hand
  • Trips – an optional side bet that can be placed before the start of the round. You win a TRIPS bet if you have at least a three of a kind in your final five-card hand.

Game Flow – Ultimate Texas Hold’em
  1. Mandatory Bets (Ante and Blind)

At the beginning of the game, each player places two mandatory bets – the Ante and the Blind. These bets are made before any cards are dealt.

  1. Dealing the Cards
The dealer deals 2 cards to each player, including themselves, and places 5 community cards face-down on the table for later reveal.
  2. Betting Option (Pre-Flop)
After the cards are dealt, the player can place a Play Bet equal to 3× or 4× the Ante or wait (Check) for the next betting opportunity.
  3. Flop – Revealing the First 3 Community Cards
The dealer reveals the first 3 community cards (the Flop). Players who did not bet in the previous step can now place a bet equal to 2× Ante or Check again.
  4. Turn + River – Revealing the Remaining 2 Community Cards
The dealer reveals the fourth card (Turn) and the fifth card (River) at the same time.
Players who have not yet bet must now either place a bet equal to 1× Ante or fold, losing both the Ante and Blind.
  5. Showdown – Revealing the Cards and Evaluating the Hand
The dealer reveals their two cards and combined with five community cards forms the best five-card hand combination. The process repeats for all the remaining players. The dealer compares hands with each player individually and the better hand wins.

Beginner Tips
  • Don’t Rely on Luck

If you have weak cards like 7–2 or 9–3 of different suits, it’s better to wait or fold. In Ultimate Texas Hold’em, you can’t exchange cards, so it’s not worth staying in the game just hoping to get lucky.

  • Got at Least a Pair? Usually Keep Playing
In games like Caribbean Stud or Russian Poker, match the bet if you have a pair or better. Weaker hands are often not worth it – folding is the smarter choice.

  • Don’t Try to Bluff
In Ultimate Texas Hold’em, you're not playing against other players, just the dealer. Bluffing is pointless. Make decisions based on the strength of your hand and your chances of winning.
  • Strong Cards? Bet Early

In Ultimate Texas Hold’em, the earlier you bet, the more you can bet. If you have a strong hand early on, don’t hesitate to use it. Waiting until the end may cost you the chance to get the most out of good cards.

  • Set a budget and stick to it

Even the most exciting game can lose its charm if you go over your limit. At ALL INN CASINO, we support responsible gaming.
